COVID19 PROTOCOLS FOR THE SUMMER PROGRAMS:

 STUDENTS/MEMBERS/ART LOVERS

The following protocols have been designed to protect all individuals during this tenuous period.  We apologize in advance for any inconvenience to our members or students.

•         PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THE ART CENTER OR TO CLASS IF YOU FEEL SICK OR HAVE A FEVER.

•         All students must register in advance of classes/workshops. No same day registrations will be accepted (no exceptions).   Summer class students must email the Center at pacart3@gmail to let us know you will be attending class at least one day prior to class (do not email your instructors).  We will let you know if the class is already full.  This will be a weekly requirement for students throughout the summer session.

•         Summer classes can still be paid for on the days you attend at $15/class.  Please pay your instructors via cash or check made out to PFAC.

•         Everyone within the building must wear masks if they come within 6 ft of another individual.   Chairs and spacing will be marked accordingly.

•        All classes will be limited to 8 students (no exceptions).  Students wishing to participate in a class must email the Center in advance with their name and class they wish to attend.  (Workshops and fall class registrations will be handled a little differently - simply sign up online and that will be enough to guarantee you a spot if the class is not already full.)

•        All classroom tables will be kept 6 ft apart.  Each student and instructor will have their own table and space on which to work (easels are also available.)

•        Closed circuit TV is available to show demonstrations by instructors so students will not find it necessary to "huddle" around the teacher.

•        A spray bottle for each table will be available for additional cleaning if necessary.

•        Hand sanitizer and masks will be available, but it is requested that each student bring their own if they can as they are hard items to obtain.

NOTE:  After each class all door handles, push plates, tables, and public surfaces will be sanitized by the volunteers.   If you do not wish to come to class, there will be some classes available via zoom very soon.
